Very nice work on the colouring, particularly the water 'clouds'. I've never heard her described as the 'Water Witch' before... is the name from the show itself, or a monicker of your own?

The title is something I thought off, it's not in the show :)
It's a bit interesting that there is no
direct reference to magic, yet what they
do is very similar.

You'd probably be happier with the water if the globs didn't have a "rim" around each one - that little white line? Also, you might want to add a couple more highlights on the background Katara's face - that single highlight on her lower lip is there all by itself, so it doesn't look quite right. Still much better than I could ever do... :D

I have never seen avatar, but this is very well done. Perspective is one of the hardness things to do in art, and you are really good at it.
